about
Graham Scott Park was born 1976 in Glasgow, Scotland and graduated from the University of Glasgow in 1999 as bachelor of Technological Education. The graphic communication and design elements of the course drew heavily on the ideas and imagery of the Bauhaus school including painters like Kandinsky, Klee and the Albers which have been a strong influence. He started to paint and exhibit whilst living in Japan, where art materials can be bought in the 100 yen (50p) shop. This might explain why there are no early works available, so he changed to higher quality and longer lasting materials. He lives in Glasgow with Mrs. Park (@kanabemouse) and their two children and cat. During the week he is a high school teacher.
